Does The Decreased Dosage Of Levonorgestrel And Estradiol Tablets Have Adverse Side Effects?

I have a question about birth control pills. I was previously on Seasonale with a dosage of 0.15/0.03 of levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets. My doctor changed me to Amethia with a dosage of 0.1/0.02 of the same ingredients. Is this a big difference in the dosage because I am having all kinds of side effects?
