Does The Dermagraphism Affect The Tattoo?

I have Dermographism. I really want to get a tattoo. Without even thinking of my disease, I have already spoken to an artist, gotten my tat drawn up, and have an appointment to start my tattoo on Saturday. Will having Dermographism affect my tattoo in any way? Will taking antihistamines help?
