Does The Disappearance Of Anterior And Lateral ST-T Changes On My ECG Mean Everything Is Now Normal, Despite Poor R-wave Progression?

ECG today with sinus rhythm and poor R-wave progression which may be lead placement a residual from prior stenting. Compared to the prior ECG of September 09/20/2020, anterior and lateral ST-T changes are no longer seen. Abnormal. Does this mean that everything is good now?
