Does The Dye Used In Sonosalpingography Help In Clearing The Blockage Of Tubes?

Next week I am having a Sonosalpingography. I have hard that if I have blocked tubes that the dye they use may help clear them. Is that right? and if I only have blocked tubes and nothing else clearing them, will that help me have a baby?
