I recently went routine lipid profile checkup and results are attached on uploaded files. After going through the results, I have started taking nutrilites, that supports better lipid profile level. My diet chart as follows:Morning Breakfast:I normally take following items on my breakfast 2 chapati with Milk, Egg whites, Oats,Lunch:4 chapati, Dal, Green Veg, Curd,Evening:1 Glass of Beetroot, carrot and tomato Juice.Night:4 chapati and green veg.I have started 30 minutes walk and pranayaam.I take drinks 30 ML only twice a month.DO I need do go for some medicine also to lower my triglyceroid or above mentioned nutriltes suppliments are sufficient. Whether my food habits also needs to be altered? Kindly advice.
