Does The Following Test Result Indicate Ovarian Cancer?

My test results for C125 were 8.4. However, my ultrasound showed endometrial echo complex is displaced measures 0.4 cm. with small fibroids, right ovary6.3x4.2x2.2cm septated cysts 5.7x3.6x4.4 Left ovary 7.2x4.2x5.4cm septated cysts 5.3x3.5x5.8 Calcifications present in both ovaries. No fluid in both ovaries. benign and malignant etiologies are to be considered. I am scheduled for surgery next month. Am I high risk for ovarian cancer or could this be just dermatoid cysts? Thank you
