Does The Scar Tissue In Uterus Reoccur During Pregnancy?

When I was younger I had 2 D and C abortions. when I got married and had my son I had him at 35 weeks and had a placental abruption which required an emergency c-section. I was told I have a lot of scar tissue in my uterus and that the placenta formed over scar tissue. Is this likely to happen again if I try to have another baby?
