Does The Slow Passage Of Sitz Markers Indicate The Need

Does the slow passage of sitz markers indicate the need for surgery of the colon? I have had a test of the
colon that indicates muscle spasm pelvic floor. It took five days for the sitz markers to pass through
my body and out of the colon. If surgery is needed, what type of surgery would be required in my situation?
