Does The Stopping Of Alcohol Increase SGPT Levels?

My sgpt level is 140 and sgot level is 52 ultrasound reports shows all organs normal no stones but fatty liver grade 1 size 17cm.pls advise Is it bcoz of alcohol which I stopped since last 20 days or due to some other rreason.my bmi is 30.4 height 173cm weight 89kgs.pls also advice what diet to follow . currently on medications as prescribed hepamerz sachet 3 times a day tab udihep forte 2 times per day and lithin s 2 times per day.
