Does The Ultrasound Result Of Untidy Cavity Mean Miscarriage?

Hi my wife and I are undergoing IVF and got a postive pregnancy result, unfortunately it looks like we have miscarried. We had a scan Saturday which the nurse described as an untidy cavity. There was some flashing but the nurse believes maybe this was just blood supply, what are the chances we are still pregnant? We have another scan on Friday for confirmation of the miscarriage.
