Does The Use Of Vyvanse Cause Increased Urge To Smoke?

My daughter has been taking adderrall and/or vyvanse for about 5 years. She was diagnosed with ADD by a psychiatrists. She is 28 and recently shared with me that the medicine makes her want to smoke. She does not usually take her meds on the weekends and when she doesnt the desire is far less. Is this common and are over the counter drugs safe for her to take to try and stop the smoking?
