Does The Vagina Loosen After Menstruation?

hi, my girlfriend went away to london for new years. she had her period that week but it stopped around the 29th dec. She came back to see me on the 1st and her vagina was a lot looser. is this because she was on her period? or do you think she may have had sex with another man.
