Does The Vaginal Tablets Dissolve In The Body?

The doctor had subscribed candid V3 to be inserted in the vagina for 3 days. yesterday was day 1. Will this tablet get dissolved in the morning cos it did not for me. I had to remove the tablet before urinating. Have i inserted it right? This is the first time and hence I am not sure. Also does it have any side effects. Can it be used any 3 days? Pls help.
