Does This Make Any Sense To You? I Hurt Major

Does this make any sense to you? I hurt major when I urinate - UTI - and the pain goes all the way up into my chest. That's right pain travels up and to my chest. This has happened before and my doctors keep telling me they have nothing to do with one another. Do you have suggestions?

I will take antibiotics and the pain goes away when I pee, but the pain then comes after I pee, the pain goes from the pelvic area up to my chest.
