Does This Report Reflect Underactive Thyroid Functioning?

My thyroid profile results are T4 71 nmo1/L 59-154, tsh 1.49 mIU/L 0.27-4.2, ft4 14.5 pmo1/1 12.0-22.0, ft3 3.7 pmo1/L 3.1-6.8 thyroglobulin antibody 19.9 IU/ml 0-115, thyroid per oxidase antibodies 5.0 IU/ml 0-34 Although all are in the normal range, they appear on the lower range. I have a variety of under active thyroid systems, but do the test reflect this? What should I do?
