Does This Ultrasound Report Diagnose For Uterine Fibroid Cancer?
What is probability of uterine fibroid cancer? Having a hysterectomy as a result of growth from 7.5mm mass in September 2014 to 0.9 x 1.2cm.in February 2015. Internal vascularity is present .Right ovary measured 1.4 x 8.8 x 1 cm Normal arterial and the Ovary.Left ovary not visualized No significant free fluid. IMPRESSION: Hypoechoix mass within the lower uterine segment with INTERNAL VASCULARITY unusual for a tpyical leiomyoma. Dr.feels hysterectomy is necessary because of growth rate and vascularity unusual for a leiomyoma. What are the chances this could be leiomyomasarcoma? Evaluated by Gyn Oncolgist with following tests: MRI WITH CONTRAST OCT 2014 VAGINAL SONOGRAM ON SEPT 2014 AND ONE IN FEB 2015.
