Does Tonsils Removal And Uvula Trimming Cause A Voice Change?

I m having my tonsils removed in 2 weeks, and having my uvula cut down in size, both vertically and horizontally as all the doctors that have seen it have been amazed at how huge it is. Can I expect my voice to change after having tonsil out and having Uvula trimmed? I m 38 year old male. Thanks
