Does Total Hysterectomy Increases The Outbreak Of HSV2 Infection?

I had a total hysterectomy 12 weeks ago and have HSV2. During this time, I have had 3 outbreaks. I've had HSV2 for 21 years with an average outbreak maybe twice a year. Can you tell me if having a hysterectomy will increase my chance of having more outbreaks during the year?
