Does Treatment For Ringworm Leave The Area Dry And Itchy?

hi, i have a question. i had ringworm before, and after using a cream called tinaderm they disappeared. the ringworm first started at the groin area and spread to my face. but not its completely gone. after stopping tinaderm, only one side of my groin area itches, but it does not look like ringworm. it is simply always dry and itchy. how can i get rid of it? i've had it for more then 6 months now.
