Does Treatment For Yeast Infection Affect The Baby During Pregnancy?

Hi, during a routine PAP smear, it was discovered that i was pregnant and that i had a yeast infection. i was told that treatment could harm the baby in first trimester. Now 20 weeks pregnant, I am wondering if treatment is possible. Will it harm my baby?
