Does Uncomfortable Feeling While Smoking Suggest Pregnancy?

I've smoked for 2 years and recently we started to try for a baby and I'm 3 days before my expected period and I took an early pregnancy test and it was negative. But lately I can hardly smoke a cigarette with feeling extremely miserable. Is it to early? Or what is going on with me?
