Does Undergoing Hysterectomy Help Treat IBS?

I have been diagnosed with Adenomyosis. The pain gets more severe every day. I have more bad days then good. I am 43. I have 3 children. I had an intrauterine ablation 7 yrs ago. It helped for a while. But the last year has been horrible. The last few months have been the worst. I'm getting a hysterectomy in a couple of weeks. My IBS has also been out of control. I live on Motrin & stool softeners. Will the hysterectomy help with my IBS?
