Does Using Mirena Cause Bleeding During Intercourse?

I have cervical ectropion, and used to experience bleeding during intercourse when I was taking the pill (ortho tri-cyclen). The bleeding eventually stopped and hasn't happened for a few years. I'm currently off the pill (using condoms) but am considering trying Mirena. Is there a significant chance that Mirena could lead to the bleeding again? Thanks.
