Does Vaginal Twinges And Blood In Urine Suggest Kidney Stones?

I have a predisposition to kidney stones. I had lithrotripsy about four years ago. I also have an ileostomy which means I am more prone to being dehydrated. When I see pink urine I drink lemon juice and olive oil and it takes care of it in a day or so. I noticed some vaginal twinges for the past two days and today I see more blood in my urine than usual. It is red and it is usually pink. I am doing my lemon juice and olive drink and following with warm water and a lot of it. Can vaginal twinges be an indication of kidney stones? I used a Replens up my vagina and there is no blood there nor is there any blood coming from my vagina. I am 67
