Does Vomiting And Lower Abdominal Cramping Indicate Sign Of Pregnancy?

I started my period on the 27th of February, about a week early. I am never early for my period no matter how much stress, caffeine, or any other factors I encounter. I spent the 28th vomiting from 3am to 6am with lower abdominal cramping. I'm not vomiting anymore and I'm still have my flow, but am still experiencing a bit of cramping. Could I be pregnant?
