Does Vomiting With Pain In Ribs Post Food Intake Suggest Food Poisoning?

tHANK YOU. I AM 78 AND I THINK I HAVE CONTRACTED A TYPE OF FOOD POISONING FROM A VEGATABLE SOUP which I consumed at about 1pm on Sunday Which I bought from the supermarket. I had extreme vomiting at 2am and then again around 5am Mon day morning early.. and I mainly brought up the vegetables. that was early Monday morning when the vomiting began. I still feel ill but my ribs front and back are extremely painful. I have not been to a doctor as yet as I am a long way from the town on a farm and am looking after my extremely ill husband. Can yuou please help me.
