Does Weakness In Pelvic And Shaking/stiffness In Legs Indicate Menopause?

hi, I injured my pelvis doing yoga 20 months ago - 9 mainly left hip and sacroiliac joint)it seemed to be improving with help from osteopathy and BSR (Body Stress Relief) then I had a couple of periods after an 8 month gap and this whole pelvic area feels weak and my legs shaky and stiff in the morning. I am also anxious about it all being used to going for long walks and very active. I am 55. I wonder if the start of menopause is part of the problem.I am 9 and a half stone, 5ft 4 inches and a few years ago had a difficult time with hormones and now use natural progesterone and herbal remedies.
