Does Weight Gain And Mood Swings Indicate Menopause?

The last few periods I have had have been brown spotting and a light pink color. My periods also keep getting lighter and lighter. I am 34 have been diagnosed with a lsil on my cervix and pcos. Could this possibly be ovarian failure I also have signs of menopause such as weight gain and mood swings and sometime my skin is super hot to touch.
