Does Withdrawal From Citalopram Cause Dizziness And Anaphylactic Shock?

I forgot to take my citalopram for the past few weeks. The bottle had fallen behind something. I have been experiencing moderate dizziness and also had an episode of anaphylactic shock requiring a trip to ER. I have Meniere s disease too. I got back on the citalopram as soon as I discovered my error and I am feeling better. Could this be withdrawal side effect from citalopram?
