Does working out stunt height.. I have been working out since 13... And now I'm 17.... My parents say if I never worked out my height would prob be 6 foot... I was 5'6 prob when I started and now 5'9..... My dads height 5'9 and half.. And my mom 5'3... SO DOES WORKING OUT STUNT GROWTH??????
