Does Yoghurt Intake Cause Diarrhea In An Infant?

My daughter is 7 months old and she is on solids since her 6 months. She takes formula (lactogen) as she had latching problems with breastfeeding. Yesterday i gave her homemade yogurt for the first time and she has loose motiom since then. She seems to be improving, takes bland food and is active. Hef doctor has prescribed oflomac and dry zinc powder. Now that she is improving, should i wait and see before giving her the medicinr. Also, has giving yogurt caused her illness?
