Don't Know How I Did It But Fell Out Of

Don't know how I did it but fell out of bed last night. Must have hit nightstand and small fan fell on my right temple area. I have large goose eggs by my eye and one on my forehead. Along with bruises under my chin, scraps on shoulder and cheekbone. Have had headache off and on and confused sometimes. Should I go in??
