Dr. -- I was taking Prozac 10 mg twicw a day, then Paxil 10 mg twice a day-- and now I'm considering Buspirone 5 mg twicw a day. Can you tell me the essential diff between Paxil and Busorione? I have some PTSD symptoms (nightmares) and high anxiety caused by loud, sudden noises. Thank you
