Dr Bhavanadhar, What Test Is Needed To Detect Acute Insecticide

Dr Bhavanadhar,

What test is needed to detect acute insecticide poisoning? Is there a specific type of doctor that handles these matters (i.e. toxicology medicine, general practioner, neurologist, etc)?
I am having difficulty getting doctors to test me. I believe firmly that I have inadvertently inhaled a pesticide containing ACEPHATE for quite some time. I suffer from many of the symptoms from insecticide poisoning. Please provide some guidance.
