Dr. Desai, about three times a month, I'll get a ringing in my ear. Then, right after, I get dizzy, and I feel the sensation of spinning. That spinning goes on for about 20 minutes. After that, my ear feels full, and I can't hear outta that ear for a while. I'm just wondering if this could be connected to my suffering a perilymph fustula?
