Dr. I Am Raja Bhattacharjee 25 Years Old. My Problem

Dr. I am Raja Bhattacharjee 25 years old. My problem had started on 15th may 2015. I had a glass of sugercane juice & just after that i was completely black out & feel extreme inner shivering & vertigo, tendency to fall. I immediately went to my nearest doctor. It stomach was empty & it is a symptom of gas problem. He gave me some gas problem orriented medicines and released. As the day gone my problem wasn't cure. I allready meet general physician,ENT specificalist, orthopaedic, psychiatric. I have allready done lipid profile ,tsh,diabetes test, brain ct scan, cervical spine x ray, ENG, HEARING TEST, whole abdomen usg and many other blood reports except vitamin test. And fortunately all of my reports are normal. I feel intern tremors and discomfort in my back of my brain. I feel shivering every time and often it increase when i am trying to sleep or wake up. my heart beat becomes very fast. During this time my bp becomes high i.e 140/96. So doc give me amlosafe 2.5.This problem do mess my life. Plz help me. Diagnose my problem. Plz find out what is actually going on with me from almost last a year?? I have consumed allot of medicines like vertin 16, sompras d, vertizac , stemetil md, inderal, razo 20, motilium m, amlosafe 2.5 , meganeuron od plus, nuhenze, shine 10, but nothing can make me feel good for a single time.
