Dr I am shameer 27 years old .Dr This is my problem my pennies is swelling after mastribution. that swelling usually comes under my pennies shaft.it was happening before but after some times it would be normal but now the swelling is permanent in my pennies shaft.Dr why this happening? and is a serious problem? and what is the solution ?
