Dr I Have Barretts From Reflux. On My 1 Year

Dr I have barretts from reflux. On my 1 year recheck I ask Dr what are the chances I have cancer from it and he said .0002. I sai serious dr I have trouble swallowing now and sometimes food is hard to get down. He said does it ever come back up and I said no never he said .002 %. What do you think ?
