I have been feeling dizzy for the past 2 1/2 days. This morning when I woke up it felt like my left ear was wet inside. I am a 57 year old male in generally good health. Note, I feel dizzy both lying and standing. Also, my left ear just started to feel slightly itchy - no pain though. Thank you.
