Dr. I Have Been Having High BP (150/100) For The

Dr. I have been having high BP (150/100) for the last one week while I get up in the morning. I am taking revelol25/2.5 for the last 5 years in the morning. Last three days I notice my BP is constantly high fluctuating between 145/90 to 145/100 during the day. I also feel exhausted when I get up. I have been having severe back pain (middle back) for the last 10 days and advised pain killers which subsides but again comes back. Do I need to regulate my BP medication. I do have cholestrol and I am taking rosuva 5 in the night.
