Dr., I Have Been Taken Flexon Tablet Twice A Day

Dr.,
I have been taken flexon tablet twice a day since 29.08.2016 due to fracture in my toe. Now today (31.08.2016), I've not taken any medicine, but there are rashes on my skin through out the body with itching and chilling sensation. what happens?How can I overcome this? please do the needful.
