Dr. , I m of 30 years married woman. I have some small mole like skin projections on my face and around my neck. It s of pale Brown which I found 2 years ago itself. As day passes I find it growing in New places on my face. My beautician is suggesting me to undergo a laser treatment for this issue. Wat should I need to do for safer method. Also Wat would be the best one to avoid this permanently whichever is already available and how to stop the New growing. Pls help me
