Dr. I Was Lifting Boxes At Work In A Confined

Dr. I was lifting boxes at work in a confined area for a long period of time. When I stopped I went to the bathroom and passed some blood with my urine. It was not a lot, but enough to be scary, it has not reoccurred and I have not passed any more in last two days. I had an uncomfortable feeling in the area of my scrotum and the base of my penis had gotten an unusual bloat to it (best way to describe it), that also has not happened since.
