Dr, My Mother Is Feeling High Level Back Pain And

Dr, My mother is feeling high level back pain and also in Spinal card. She is a sugar patient and under control. Sometimes it goes to bit of extra sugar level. (i.e.) 300+. We are at Trichy, Tamilnadu. Pl advise us which Dr to consult there and what to do next?
