Dr. My Son 26 Months Old 2 Days Before He

Dr. My son 26 months old 2 days before he had a mild fever i gave him adol now fevr gone after tat he has severe cough , cough tat cause vomiting and little loose stool (1time) he s not lyk to solid food so i offer him fresh milk and once pedia sure and i offering a plenty of water. Can i offer milk and pediasure in dis condition. Is tat good
