Dr. Rynne, I Am On A Prescription Drug For My

Dr. Rynne, I am on a prescription drug for my OCD treatment. I am taking Paroxetine 20 mg. I am completely in my remission and this medicine with therapy has really worked for me. I relocated to the US last year got the same medicine prescribed from a doctor. I am running out my pill and have get my prescription renewed. I dont have any insurance and job now to afford a doctor right now. Please advise, how do i go about it as my doctor who i had my therapy with advice me to continue this medicine for another 4 months and then tapering off.
