Dr. Suggested To Take K-bind To My Father Because His

Dr. Suggested to take K-bind to my father because his potassium level is increased 7.2. he is 66 years old and he is having diabetes also.
he is undergoing a treatment from bangalore.he is following strictly the diet chart..how long he should take k-bind.
he is having burning sensation in face and feet.
can you please suggest me medicine for burning sensation.
