Dr Turner Is Practising His Trade Here In Manning. I

Dr turner is practising his trade here in Manning. I don't know why we have a psychiatrist when we need a Dr who practice, s Medicine. We have a fairly new Hospital but they don't deliver Babies because we don't have another Dr who Practices Medicine. Dr turner has refused to treat me and now I know why, he's not qualified.
