Dr., When My Hands And Feet Becomes Cold,i Feel Dizzy,

Dr., when my hands and feet becomes cold,i feel dizzy, my skin look pale,feeling weak and everytime i woke up in the morning, i am sweating...when i had a laboratory,all are normal except that my lymphocytes is a little lower than the normal. Last month, i suffered from stress because of overwork and lack of sleep..and that is what i am feeling right now after the stress...i am worried because i am 1 month pregnant now..please give me an advise..thank you and God bless!
