Dr.s I pulled my left arm completely out of its socked very painful, it pop[ped back in and wow the pain is to umbearable. My funny bone is tender and I am not able to use it at all. I pulled it out lifting a heavy chain. I am out of my mind with excrutiating agony , do you think I tore a ligament???> please help me .
